BE YOURSELF. (1)
My slide represents how unique I am. During middle school I had a really hard time finding out my own style and what were my interest. I was always try to follow the crowd. I choose this quote because I believe a lot of people are afraid to be themselves because they are afraid of being judge or being certain a certain way. Honestly people shouldn't care what other people think of them. People should do what makes them happy. I learned that middle school and I learned how to do my own thing.

I choose these certain colors for my slide because I wanted to make my slide bright. I wanted colors with a lot of contrast and can be noticed far away. I really wanted people to get the message I was trying to send. I choose have pictures of myself around the quote because the pictures shows my personality. As you notice each picture shows me making a different face showing different sides of my personality. Each picture shows me being myself.

Who I AM-Sharron Norton
In the making of my slide, i decided to base it off the climax i'm at in my life right now. As coming of what i was going to do questions began to swarm in my head. Questions like, Who will i become in like? Will I become someone in my time? Will i achieve my goals set out in front of me? Or even, Am ion the right path in life right now that will determine my future?
Than quickly, i came up with the idea of comparing myself to a flower. I did this because a flower was a perfect thing to compare it. I say this be because I see and view myself like a flower seed.Unsure of what i will become; unsure of my place in this world. But like a flower seed,I am put into the ground. Waiting and waiting for my true identity to come into the light. To explore the world ahead of me. I may not know th answers yet but, i"m still growing. I'm still that little seed full of life. Full of such ambitious, with great big dreams ahead of me waiting to be achieved.  
In the visual aspect of my slide, i choose the background to be a flower; which is a symbol to myself. As i choose the picture (as you can see) the colors of bright pink and green are the main colors of it. Wanting to right my own little phrase to it, I first had to pick a perfect color that will blend into the slide. Not too dark, or light, and also not a color that blends to much into it. No! I needed a color that popped out. And whit was my answer!

I thought about my slide a lot and I decided to put the things that give my life joy. So i picked my four favorite things in my life that aren't people, pets, or food. One of the big things in my life is music and one of my favorite artists is The Beatles. Their music is really relaxing and has a lot of meaning. Watching movies is one of my favorite things to do inside. I love so many movies but my favorite movie is Step-Brothers. I probably watched it 100 times and it still makes me laugh every single time I see it. My second favorite thing to do inside is watch TV. There's so many TV shows I watch but I really love Key and Peele. It stars two guys making hillarious skits about the most absurd situations. It's on of the funniest shows on television. The last thing I chose is soccer. I've played soccer since I was 3 and it's been my favorite sport for as long as I can remember. It's a sport loved and played all around the world. It's not easy to play but it is really fun. This is me and all of the most joyful things in my life

My slide is based off of many hobbies that i enjoy doing. Each picture defines me in different ways. The hobbies that interest me the most are the bigger pictures. Notice how the sports picture is in the background because, that is my favorite hobby. As for hobbies like Robotics and music are smaller because, they have a minimum in my interest. I still enjoy doing the two hobbies but I´m not as interested in them like sports.

From a single glance, my slide seems very basic. It has my name, two words, and some rectangles with lines. Allow me to explain their significance.

Going beyond is something I live by in life. There is no point in living a life that many have already lived. That is the basis and core of my slide. The color choice is to show contrast: it is easy to see the image portrayed, even with its simple design. There really isn't a lot of things going on. This is an intended design choice, because you don't want to be bombarded with details.

The picture is of a staircase. The steps to the staircase becomes lighter and lighter as you go up, symbolizing that not many people are able to achieve higher greatness, therefore, the "cleaner" steps. Additionally, the higher you go, the bar of the railing becomes thinner. This represents how the higher you go, the more risky and unstable things can be, until you finally reach the top, where the railing stops. In my life, I wish to be somewhere higher on the stairs. I don't want to be in the ocean of people crowded at the bottom.

Stay Active, Be Healthy
​I chose to make the background of my sin this color because color is the first thing people noticed about slides. The eye-popping color makes them want to read what is on the slide.

I chose to make the text big because large lettering and short wording is easily read, memorized and remembered.

Last but not least, I chose to “Stay Active, Be Healthy” because I am a person who likes to play sports and eat (most of the time) healthy.

I decided to keep my slide pretty simplistic for multiple reasons. One, because it’s more aesthetically pleasing; and two, because it kind of represents me. I typically don’t like complicated things, so in a slide all about me obviously it wouldn’t be complicated.

There is a lot of empty space in my slide and not much variety in color. The colors I chose seem to go together very well. Normally, I would feel like there isn’t enough content to my slide, but with this one I’m fine with it.

In one corner of my slide, it has a treble clef and a bass clef put together to look like a heart. Music is my entire life, I wouldn’t be able to live without it. On the tops, it says “Stay alive”. Simply put, this is advice. There is a band called Twenty One Pilots, they mean so much to me it’s hard to describe. “Stay alive” Tyler Joseph, the lead singer of the band, in both a song and a tweet. One lyric containing it is “Stay alive for me” and when I heard that lyrics it hit me like a truck. The lyric has stuck with me since I first heard it.

Tech Slide
For my slide I put pictures of things things that define me. I know many people are probably saying, ¨This is weird why does he have donuts and parm on his slide.¨ I will answer that question right now. The reason I have the donuts is because it is the logo of Odd Future, who is my favorite entertainment collective. Odd Future includes members such as Frank Ocean, Tyler, The Creator, and Earl Sweatshirt who are artists that make music which I enjoy. It also includes other members such as Jasper, Taco, and Lionel who are guys who worked on the comedy show Loiter Squad which I find to be hilarious. Now to answer why I have Parmesan cheese on here it´s because my best friend since second grade, Jim Thomas, goes by the nickname of Super Parm because he thinks it sounds cool. He was one the first friends I made and to this day I feel very close to him.  I also have the Wild ´N´ Out logo and Wayans brothers logo.  I have the Wild N Out logo on here because it is my favorite tv show that has many improv comedians on it and one of my goals in life is to get on the show. Finally I have the Wayans brothers logo because that Tv show is my favorite scripted show I hope to someone write for a show as good as Wayans Bros.

Who Am I- (1)
​ For my Me Slide, I chose to pick the three main things that define me. Those three things are Technology, Science, and Sports. Technology is a big part of my life because I love computers and really advanced technology and Sci-fi films. Science is a big part of my life because I want to go in the realm of science for my profession. Sports are a big part of my life because since before I can remember, I have been playing sports. 
I chose to make images for each of the three things. I made the font color and image color the same. I did this because humans like patterns and relationships between things. I made the background white and the font color things that stand out to promote contrast. I put few words on the slide so it is easy for ya'll to read. I let the images bleed off the side of the slide because humans like it too. 

Who I Am in One Slide...

This project was to challenge our knowledge and expertise of creating and designing slides and presentations by directing us to create one slide and explaining who we are on that one slide...
I made my slide colorful and contrasting so others can clearly see what is on it. I decided that it should include a word cloud for creativity points and also- if you make something harder to understand, others will try harder to understand it. So, I made mine a little complex, so you'd have to pay attention to understand it in a glance.
I made my text big and smaller so others could understand what was text and what was a title or something like that. Of course, I went over it like, five times and still don't think it's perfect. But then I thought, "Well, what is?" and promptly checked it one more time as a final copy.
I hope you understand it and get the message!
