The other man

Posted by Graham Davis in Storytelling - Chase on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 9:50 pm

The Other Man.

She looks at me with eyes of emptiness.

She looked right through me.

Across to the other man on the other side.

I am invisible. But my floating, beating heart is the

only thing that is seen

She walks through me.

To the other man.

She is held.

By the other man.

She is kissed.

By the other man.

Hair was stroked.

By the other man.

My heart stopped floating.

There was now a hole in it.

Put there by

The other man.

My stories

Posted by James Seward in Storytelling - Chase on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 8:10 pm

I was bored so i wrote this stroyline.  Minato Asagi was your normal high school student. He was an A, B student, and captain of the kendo club, Student council member and boyfriend to the prettiest girl in school, Yukari Todowashi.  Although he was average at most things, the one thing he excelled at over any other was card games.  Be it Yu-Gi-Oh or Blackjack, Minato was the undisputed champion. All of that changed when one day, The resident reserved girl of the school, Hinata Yamagishi, beat him at his own game, then claimed to hate him and card games in general.  Determined to find out more, Minato follows her and is suddenly dragged into her world as they are attacked, his powers activate and he is teleported to the far off land of Sensori.  Now, with his powers, his new teammate and his will, he must learn to survive and unravel the secrets in this card based death world.

I went to the barbershop to get a mohawk. My barber said "sorry I don't know how to cut mohawks".

Mark Twain

Interesting autobiography should be checked out by Mark Twain. It is 100 years overdue to the public and sheds light on his ideas. Overall thoughts on the book is amazing and worth a read.

Benchmark...what i've done so far

Posted by Karen Brown in Storytelling - Chase on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 10:19 am

;) So far I have completed the story.  Unfortunatly there is a a 2 month lapse before the "real" end to my story.  Which means that I have to write on twitter for my character, for the next 2 months in order to finish the story...*whimper*.  This is gonna be tiring.

Worst Birthday Party Ever

Posted by Andre Serrano in Storytelling - Chase on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 9:43 am

I was in third grade at my best friend's birthday party. I had never been too into ice skating. Being from Philly, hockey is one of the least popular sports in the city. Nevertheless I was excited to try ice skating. For the first half of ice skating I mainly stayed on the wall, or walking on my skates to create the illusion that i was actually skating. Then, my friend who had been ice skating several times before wanted to help me out. I grabbed her hand and she skated along with me attached.

It was time for lunch, but with my newfound confidence from skating I was eager to get back out there. I wolfed down my Pizza and watched as the zambini cleaned the ice to perfection. After getting back out, I wanted to test out my new skills. I ventured from the wall and began skating. However, I quickly found myself off balance and face down in the ice.

Now for this next part, I have no clue exactly how it happened, but someone ran over my lip with their skate. There was blood all over the freshly polished ice, and they had to rush me to the hospital, where I got several stitches. The recovery time took a couple weeks for them to dissolve. Worst birthday party ever.
