Coloring

Posted by Anonymous in Storytelling - Chase on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 2:37 pm

You know what I rediscovered? Coloring books. They are awesome. All my childhood fun has come rushing back to me. I got two coloring books for my birthday along with a pack of colored pencils. I was home last night coloring in my fairy coloring book and was having a blast. I get such a fulfillment from coloring inside the lines. It's great now because I can easily stay within the lines, but when I was younger it was hard for me to meet this fulfillment because I was quite uncoordinated with coloring (like many kids are).

A Character

Posted by Zachary Walls in Storytelling - Chase on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 9:09 am

To an author, a character is real. Their life their story their actions are as real as what anyone else does, the only diffrence is that what they do doesn't physically act on our world. It works in a diffrent world that again is just as real as ours.

afraid

Posted by Patricia Parker in Storytelling - Chase on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 12:10 pm

the only thing i have to be afraid of is the ending feeling.
the time when the clock ticks on over and the heart pulse comes to a stop .
the scene where the fantasy climbs out the window and abandons the same house that  built it.
the sight of  rehearsed memories escaping the mind that could always architect a smile
the scents of raw destiny being left without serving, without cooking, without devouring.
the only thing i have to be afraid of is us falling apart.

MY STOCKS!!!!!

Posted by Zachary Walls in Storytelling - Chase on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 10:21 am

I'm beginning to think investing in apple was a mistake, my other stock is gaining money but apple has brought me down almost a 100$, hopefully this will balance out.

City Year

Posted by Rachel Patterson in Storytelling - Chase on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 8:32 am

I am joining CITY YEAR.  I have one more reference to add before I submit my application.  This is not only going to help me become a better person, but save money for community college classes.

I completely forgot about these stories for the past week and a half.
What the hell.
I feel like this is going to make me fail storytelling class.

WAH.
I need a B.

Ugh.
I'm so tired of school.
